Services

Exterior Inspections are part of our basic package, and may include the following services:

• Monitor the exterior of your home each day you are away;

• Take a photo of the exterior of your home each day, and provide you with the photo and an inspection report (upon request);

• Notify emergency services if any threat to your home is detected, and;

• Collect all mail and packages, and store these in a secure location until your return

Standard Rate: $20 per day

• Monitor the interior of your home at intermittent periods while you are away;

• Inspect appliances, faucets, plumbing, and other fixtures for signs of leaks or other damage;

• Water houseplants and tend to certain pets, and;

• Provide access for utility workers and other service providers

Standard Rate: $10 per visit

• Provide snow removal services for your driveway, sidewalk, and other exterior areas

• Remove leaf litter and other debris from exterior areas 

• Water exterior garden and plants

Standard Rate: $10 per visit
